A Master Plan is a comprehensive proposal of uses and spaces for a specific area, encompassing all of the different components that form part of a development. Studies of this kind are essential for projects relating to Golf Courses given the volume of associated components and infrastructures.

For the development of urbanisation projects involving other components, such as roads, sports facilities and golf courses, hotel complexes, marinas and ports, etc., a preliminary study must first be performed of all of the components, with the aim of integrating them into the land in an efficient and aesthetic way.

The development of the Master Plan is one of the cornerstones of acttua’s Golf Services, due to the multidisciplinarity of its components and, above all, the experience gained over the last few decades performing studies of this kind.

For the development of studies of this kind, acttua Golf Services works with collaborators that have extensive experience in their respective fields, such as golf course designers, architects and land planning offices. In this way, we have constructed several major urbanisations over the last few years in the south of Spain and Levante, as well as in countries in Central America and Africa.
